A CompuTrainer is a premier indoor bike trainer with a precision ergometer measuring power wattage, heart rate and cadence. It’s what professional and avid triathletes and cyclists use to train hard and increase their fitness while riding indoors on their own bike.

Just a quick note to let you know that I used Zwift with a Computrainer for quite a while, no problems, no need for RacerMate. Calibration is important because of the “wheels on” setup, and climbing the radio tower will require you to keep track of your tire pressure, but the hardware works great with Zwift.

- Wait for TR to find the HR monitor.

Yes. TrainerRoad uses a machine learning model to estimate TSS based on Heart Rate data for your outside rides when a power meter is unavailable.
How do I enable ANT+ in TrainerRoad?

- Plug-in your ANT+ USB Stick to your computer.
- Open the Devices tab in the TrainerRoad app.
- Make sure ANT+ is “On” in TrainerRoad’s settings.
- Make sure your Heart Rate Monitor is on and is sending data.
- Once the HRM is on, you should see it show up in the “Devices” menu.

Install the iOS app for Viiiiva on your iDevice. Enable Bluetooth on your iDevice, open the Viiiiva app and pair your Viiiiva to your iDevice. Wake up your ANT+ devices and pair them via the Viiiiva app. Be sure to click “Done” to save your pairing.
