What is a AEG magazine?

Are airsoft pistol magazines Universal?
Are Airsoft magazines Universal? Airsoft magazines are not universal and will not fit all airsoft replicas, but certain styles and brands can be used together. Take for example the VFC and TM G17 series, their magazine are interchangeable. Another example is M4 AEG, most magazines from M4 AEG can fit with most brands.

What is S Mag Airsoft?
These Magazines are ‘S-MAG’ type Magazines which are usually included with Specna Arms Airsoft Guns, but in a gorgeous grey colour. They are High Cap Magazines that hold 380rnds each, filled by pouring BBs through the top fill window, and wound at the clockwork wheel on the base.
How many mags should I have?
You need a minimum of 3 magazines, and 5 magazines is highly recommended. Three magazines will allow you to have one in your gun, and two spares. This is enough to allow for lost or broken magazines and enough ammunition capacity to handle most situations. The only situation you may have problems with is competition.
Is AEG better than GBB?
If you set realism as a high priority, we recommend to go for a GBBR. But if you still like the idea of a simple plug and play or don’t want to worry about cool down or prefer bigger capacity magazines, you best go for an electric recoil system. This AEG system is somewhat a nice middle way between the two.
How many mags do Navy SEALs carry?
The basic combat load for Navy SEALs is 210 rounds of 5.56x45mm (0.21×1.77in) NATO. It’s spread out between seven 30-round magazines (six carried and one loaded into the weapon).
