One level of Warlock would give you the Hex spell, it can improve your damage output significantly. Two levels of Ranger would give you the Hunter’s Mark spell, it can improve your damage output significantly. Additionally it gives you +2 damage with melee weapons (Unarmed Strike is not a melee weapon any more).

Can monks use claws?
This enables the Tabaxi Monk to make their claws into a very deadly weapon. The Monk class factors Unarmed Strikes into their rotation very heavily. Flurry of Blows is a massive part of the Monk class’s damage output, and the Tabaxi is free to use their claws when making these strikes.
Can you dual wield unarmed strike?
The two-weapon fighting rule requires two light melee weapons. The Dual Wielder feat removes the requirement for the weapons to have the Light property, but you still need two melee weapons. Unarmed strikes aren’t weapons.
