How do I change my Westpac app email?
In Online Banking
- Go to Service > Preferences > Personal details.
- Select Personal and Contact Details.
- Select Edit or Add in the Contact Details section.
- Edit or Add your email address.

Why did Westpac lock my account?
If you enter your 4 digit passcode incorrectly more than 3 times you will be locked out of Online Banking. You will need to call 1300 655 505 and reset your Online Banking password. Then sign into the Westpac Banking for iPad app using your Customer ID and Password, and then set up your 4 digit passcode again.

Why can’t I log into Westpac?

Why is my Westpac security code suspended?
My Westpac Protect™ SMS Code is suspended! Check your device is “Active” when you’re using Online Banking by choosing the “Services” menu and then “Security Settings”. If you need to activate your device, you will be prompted to do so. If your SMS code is suspended, please call us on 1300 655 505 or 61 2 9155 7700.
