Imagine Broadband uses a WTTx network to provide its broadband. This is a wireless network, much like when you use your smartphone to browse the web. A fibre connection is a physical cable that leads to your home to provide you with the internet.
Do I need a landline for Imagine broadband?
If you’re living in a rural area, Imagine’s broadband coverage may reach your home and offer a much faster service tan you could get elsewhere. They only offer one broadband package which includes a home phone and selected free calls and minutes. If you don’t want a landline, a broadband-only plan may be cheaper.
How is imagine broadband installed?
How do you get the outdoor cable into my home? The Install Team will run a thin cable from your antenna and into your house by drilling a small hole to pass the cable through. Once in your home, the cable will be neatly clipped to the closest electrical socket from the drilled hole.
