Is SkyMesh a Telstra?
SkyMesh does not offer standard telephone services with Priority Assistance but you can obtain such a service from Telstra Corporation Limited. The legacy copper network in Sky Muster™ areas will not be switched off due to the rollout of the nbn™ network.

Sky Muster Plus Evolution Launched SkyMesh starts providing the new and improved Sky Muster Plus service. Evolution plans include Unmetered Data by default (only streaming video and VPN traffic is metered) and data blocks become available to top up data allowances before the start of the next billing period.

How do I know if my nbn box is working?
The lights on the NBN box show you the status of your internet connection. If the 4 lights of the black box are not all solid green, then you may be suffering an outage. These lights show, in order, Power, Downstream, Upstream and Online.
Why is my nbn not working?
