How do you get the cyclone slate in Phantom Hourglass?
The Cyclone Slate can be accessed at sea by opening the Menu in the lower-left hand corner of the screen and then selecting the “Slate” icon. In order to use it, Link must first locate any of the six Golden Frogs scattered throughout the World of the Ocean King and shoot them down with the SS Linebeck’s Cannon.

How do you get the salvage arm in Zelda Phantom Hourglass?
The Salvage Arm is an item from Phantom Hourglass. After progressing through the story, it will be added on to the S.S. Linebeck and will give Link the ability to salvage treasure from the bottom of the sea. The Salvage Arm can be purchased from Eddo at his shop on Cannon Island.
How do I fix the Salvage Arm?
If Link damages the Salvage Arm, it can be fixed by Gazpacho in the Shipyard on Mercay Island for 20-50 Rupees. If Link damages to the point where it has no life points left, it breaks and needs to be repaired by Gazpacho for 100 Rupees before it can be used again.
How do you use a Sun Key?
The Sun Key is used to open a door with a sun symbol on it in the Old Wayfarer’s hideaway on Molida Island. By opening the door, Link gains access to the north end of the island where the Temple of Courage is located.

If you ever break your Salvage Arm, head back to Mercay Island and talk to the dude in the house near the dock, (the one that can customize your boat), he’ll repair it for you for 100 Rupee.
