Can you swim with a tri suit?
The trisuit is a one or two-piece suit designed to be worn for an entire race. The suit fits closely to your body to resist drag while swimming, but it’s not tight enough to cause breathing restriction during the bike and run.
Do Swimskins keep you warm?
A swimskin is thinner than a triathlon wetsuit and will only offer a little added buoyancy or warmth. It will often be sleeveless or will have short sleeves on the arms, and will reach down to the knees on the legs.
Do I need a wetsuit and a tri suit?
For open water swims, the use of a triathlon wetsuit is usually mandatory. Under the wetsuit you would wear the tri suit or tri top & shorts. You may also need a neoprene skull cap, a pair of swim gloves and pair of booties in really cold conditions.
Do you wear undies under tri suit?

While convenience and comfort is the major two-piece tri-suit draw, there’s also plenty of versatility with having separate shorts and tops as well, and we’ve already got plenty of wear using the shorts for gym and swim sets.
