How do you get your books?
- Students must have a current valid Cougar Card and be enrolled in classes to pick up their books.
- Students enrolled in off-campus classes have the option to have their textbooks mailed to them and can do so by filling out the SIUE Textbook Rental Order Form.

How do I reset my SIUE password?
If you are available to come to campus we can change your password at the ITS Help Desk. Just bring a government issued ID card (driver’s license, passport, military ID, SIUE ID card) to the Help Desk located in room 0005 in the basement of Lovejoy Library. Call the ITS Help Desk (618-650-5500).

Where can I get a new Cougar Card?
The Replacement Card Kiosk is located on the ground floor of the CUB near the CougarCard office. The Replacement CougarCard Kiosk charges $20 for a replacement CougarCard and cannot produce Maxx cards. The replacement charge can only be paid with Cougar CASH.
What are the hours of textbook service?
Privacy laws require that the student and no one else pick up their books. Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. closed on Saturday and Sunday. Textbook Service will have extended and limited hours at various times during the semester. Those hours will be posted here and on our social media platforms. Where is Textbook Service?
Is there parking at the textbook service building?
No student parking is available at the Textbook Service building as only vehicles with Green or Blue parking permits are allowed to park in the buildings parking lot. From Parking Lot P-4, cross the street to the sidewalk leading to the rear entrance of 200 University Park.
Where can I pick up my textbooks?
Traditional Inside Book Rental Pick-Up: Students have the option to come inside Textbook Service at, 200 University Park, Room 1121 to pick up textbooks during posted business hours. Students who do not yet have a Cougar Card will need to have a legal form of identification and their 800#.
How do I return my books to textbook service?
TBS staff will process the order and ship the books to the address provided on the form. Books MUST be returned in person inside of Textbook Service, during listed business hours, or by mail to the following address: Books from previous semesters are no longer being accepted for return.
