I called the Corporate Store and the location in Deer Park at least 7-8 times back and forth because the Corporate Store told me that the repairman had visited us last week therefore, they couldn’t replace our refrigerator as we should wait for the parts that the repairman had ordered.
Is PC Richards a good brand?
For the most part, everything’s been good thanks to extended warranties but this last experience has really made me second guess if I’ll ever do business with PC Richards again. I live in Queens, drove to Deer Park on 10/10 to buy a new dishwasher since our last one (also bought at that store) conked out and the warranty expired.
