How long do you leave MI Paste on your teeth?
MI Paste™ is very easy to apply. After brushing with fluoride toothpaste, use a small bit of paste in custom-made trays your dentist provides for you, like teeth whitening trays, and leave undisturbed for three minutes.
Do you rinse after MI Paste?
Leave MI Paste undisturbed for 3 minutes. Use your tongue to spread the remaining MI Paste throughout the mouth and hold for as long as possible (1-2 minutes) avoiding spitting or swallowing. If necessary, rinse gently. Alternatively, it is safe to swallow MI Paste.
Do I brush my teeth with MI Paste?
MI Paste is not to be used as a toothpaste. It is to be applied just before you are ready to go to bed. Before using the MI Paste, brush and floss your teeth using your regular toothpaste. The best way to apply the MI Paste is to apply a “pea sized” amount and spread it between your thumb and middle finger.
