Most users complete the initial training in under four hours. Refresher courses typically take less than 2 hours to complete.
How do I get Citi certified?
The total estimated time to complete the basic course is 3-4 hour and the refresher course will take 1-2 hours. Please note that you do not have to complete the training in one sitting. The training is presented as several modules with a brief quiz at the end of each module to assess your understanding.
Is Citi program free?
