How do you fill a Kiinde bag?
Use a bottle on one side and a Kiinde bag on the other You could pump into a bottle on one side and a Kiinde bag on the other, and then pour the milk from the bottle into the bag when you’re done.
Can you microwave Kiinde bags?
This can be done by sitting your pouch under a stream of running water, placing the pouch in a cup or bowl of warm water, or using a circulating style of breast milk/bottle warmer (we recommend our Kozii warmer). Breast milk should never be steamed, boiled, or microwaved.
How do you clean Kiinde twist pouches?
Do not microwave, steam, or boil the Twist Pouches™. Boil all nipples for five minutes before first use. After each use, wash nipples in hot, soapy water for about one minute and rinse thoroughly. Nipple and nipple case are also top rack dishwasher-safe.
What temperature should breast milk be stored at?
Breast milk can be placed in the back of the refrigerator (39°F or 4°C). It is best to use refrigerated breast milk within 4 days, but it can be refrigerated for up to 8 days. To warm breast milk from the refrigerator: Place the bottle in a bowl of warm water or run it under warm water.

Do I need to squeeze air out of Kiinde bags?
HINT: To save time, make sure you squeeze the air out of the pouch BEFORE installing the nipple. Once the nipple is installed, pinching the nipple tip will allow air to escape more quickly.

Babies can safely drink cold breastmilk or formula. For healthy, full-term babies, you don’t need to be concerned about giving your baby a bottle straight from the refrigerator or mixing formula with cold water.
Can I mix breast milk from 2 different pumping sessions?
Yes, it’s okay to combine breast milk from different pumping sessions, as long as you cool the milk to the same temperature before mixing them together. Label the container with the age of the oldest milk and store it accordingly.
