They needed only to take a look at Eve Online, or any other ancient game that manages to still remain relevant because its developers keep working on it and improving it. So is Tera Online worth playing in 2021? Right now, the answer is no.
Can you still play TERA?
New TERA account registrations and the ability to purchase Tera Thalers will be deactivated on 31st May 2022. TERA Club purchases will also be deactivated on 31st May 2022. All TERA servers will be deactivated on 30th June 2022 at 10:00 AM CEST.
Will TERA come back?
The authority to approve TERA was terminated on February 28, 2018. The authority to utilize TERA until December 31, 2025 is for force-shaping of active military forces. So while the use of TERA is still authorized, the conditions for its use are not applicable at the present time.

What is happening with TERA?
The PC version of Tera, the long-running MMORPG from Bluehole, is shutting down later this summer. On Wednesday, publisher Gameforge announced that the PC servers for Tera will go offline on June 30, 2022, at 1:00 A.M. PDT // 4:00 A.M. EDT // 8:00 A.M.
Is TERA any good 2020?
To date, I still firmly believe TERA has some of the best action combat in the MMO scene, even if the classes I enjoy have changed substantially over the years. Yet even in 2020, I continue to see the TERA subreddit spammed with posts asking if the game is worth playing.
