Dining Dollars can be used to purchase food and beverages at all W&M Dining and convenience locations. Anything from having a Domino’s Pizza delivered to your dorm room, to grabbing a pint of ice cream, to meeting your friends for a specialty coffee drink.

Do USC dining dollars roll over?
Dining Dollars that are attached to the Gold Plan, Trojan Plan, Apartment Plan, and Dining Dollar Blocks do not roll over and are not refunded. However, students may choose to donate any unused Dining Dollars to a USC program that assists food insecure USC students.

You may make one change to your meal plan until the end of the add/drop period at no charge. Additional changes will be assessed a $25 processing fee. After add/drop, eligible changes can be made by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to select change meal plan, to avoid having multiple meal plans.
How do I check my FlexDine balance?
FlexDine Dollars and Zot Bucks balances are viewable online. If a student does not have Zot Bucks nor FlexDine Dollars, then there will be no balance for viewing. You must be logged in and have your OneCard Options completed in your profile to view your balance.
How do I use USC dining dollars?
Dining Dollars may be used at any USC Hospitality location that does not serve alcohol. This includes residential dining halls, retail cafés, and coffee shops. Dining Dollars, as part of the Gold and Trojan plans, reset at the end of each semester and do not roll over to the next semester.
Do USC dining dollars expire?
Meal plans end at the close of each semester with the exception of Community 25 and Community 50 plans end on the last day of the school year. Any remaining funds cannot be refunded or transferred, or sold. You may change or purchase a meal plan online. Changes may result in a debit or credit to your student account.

It’s Easy! Simply present your Western ONECard to the cashier at any one of the 22 Hospitality Services Eateries across Campus. The cash register reads your card and checks your balance. Your purchases, minus your discount, are then deducted from your account on an a-la-carte basis including applicable HST.

Can I contribute my dining dollars to another student’s account?
A student may contribute their Dining Dollars to another student’s existing Dining Dollar account, as long as the contribution does not place the cardholder’s balance below the minimum balance for that week. The online contribution program will indicate the balance that card holders must maintain for that date based on their dining plan.
