Please do not use this company – they are thieves. We booked tickets with this company December 2021. A week before our departure our flight got cancelled. 6 months later we still have not received a refund and to make matters worse they are saying that they have already given us our refund.

Smartfares is legit and as the companys name says, they are smart. Smart that they TRICK or lure you on the good low price listed. Then once you book and have reservation this is where the tricks come in. They will give you the plane ticket but on a different flight schedule under different reservation code!

Overall, SmartFares is definitely a legit site that offers great travel deals. Personally, we haven’t had any issues with scams from them. There are plenty of SmartFares reviews that claim they were scammed, while plenty of other people have had no issues with the company and received excellent deals.

Re: Travel2be Review – buyer beware! The way the total is presented is intentionally misleading. As the bottom line in large print and bold has the cheaper price which is what skyscanner advertised. As I stated: buyer beware as Travel2be’s practices are intentional to mislead the customer.

I have finally been in contact with Travel2be, for the last three weeks they keep telling my they have contacted Qatar and that they are still waiting for an update- nothing seems to be moving forward and all I want of my money back! I still have my solicitor on hand and I am ready to submit a law suit if i do not receive my refund soon
