There are two ways to repair Barrows armour….Repair
- Bob – the axe seller in Lumbridge.
- Tindel Marchant – the weapon and armour repairman at Port Khazard.
- Dunstan – the smith in Burthorpe.
- Squire – in the workshop area of the Void Knights’ Outpost.
