Where is Survival Flight located?
Survival Flight currently has bases in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri and Oklahoma but will travel anywhere in the United States where our services are needed. Survival Flight utilizes Bell Helicopters and Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.
Who is eligible for Angel Flight?
Passengers must be medically stable, able to walk, fly in a non-pressurized plane, and be able to sit up in a seat with a seatbelt fastened around them. We will need a medical release from your physician before your trip. We generally require a minimum of one week’s notice for all Angel Flight West trips.

Angel MedFlight takes care of everything else – air and ground transportation, providing a medical team and flight crew, coordinating the medical personnel and facilities, filing insurance claims on your behalf, and anything else that may arise.
