Fresh growth In 1995, on a trip to London, Mark Wolverton and Karen Delaney-Wolverton discovered Lush. They fell in love with its philosophy to bring fresh, vegetarian products to its customers. In 1996, they opened the first Lush shop in Vancouver, Canada.
