To enter Heroic Dungeon mode, you’ll need to be level 70, and must obtain the Heroic key for each dungeon hub. For Auchindoun dungeons, once a player reaches Revered with Lower City, they can purchase the Heroic Key: Auchenai Key from the Reputation Quartermaster, Nakodu.

How much healing should I have for heroics TBC?
Mostly depends on your skill in conserving mana, and having a quick reaction time. I would say that 1,300 healing is a pretty good minimum for an easy heroic. Don’t try doing Magister’s Terrace though. And it also depends on the tank, and the dps.

There are two quartermasters for The Consortium: Paulsta’ats at Aeris Landing in Nagrand, and Karaaz at the Stormspire in Netherstorm. Both sell the same items so you can go to either to purchase your reputation rewards.
