You can add your desired amount of sugar (caster, icing or brown) or sweetener while making, or once it is made, add some Easiyo real fruit squirt topping or melted honey.
How long does EasiYo last once made?

Most of our yogurts can be kept for up to two weeks in your fridge, but if the flavour you’ve made has fruit or coconut bits we recommend keeping it for just one week. Why is my Easiyo yogurt slimy?
Yoghurt culture is made up of a mixture or blend of different lactic bacterias. These cultures will become active at different temperatures. The culture that causes the slimy or stringy texture is the one that wakes up at a lower temperature.

Here’s how I make my yoghurt x4. Step 1 – Make up a batch of yoghurt using half an EasiYo or Hansells sachet and half a sachet’s worth of (cheaper) plain whole milk powder. (Store the other half sachet in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.)

Why should you not freeze yogurt?
When yogurt is frozen, it causes the water inside to be drawn away from the gel, which causes the structure to collapse and separate. This doesn’t mean that the yogurt is bad necessarily — it just isn’t the best time to eat it on its own. Home cooks can, however, still use it while baking (via Cook’s Illustrated).
How do I make my EasiYo yogurt thicker?
You can thicken it up by adding 2oz of powered milk for Greek or Natural. Or 3oz for flavours.
