What are the highlights of Epicure breads?
3) one of the highlights for me (the bread fiend) was the large selection of rolls (wholemeal, broiche etc) that Epicure used to offer and did to perfection. Unfortunately that is now a thing of the past and we have been invaded by the sourdough brigade. I do like sourdough, but it is quite disappointing when this is all that is on offer.
