What happens if I forget to refrigerate probiotics?

I did call Klaire Labs when we first started buying these and they advised that as long as the product is stored at refrigerated temps before and after shipping there should be no negative impact to the quality and effectiveness of the product. Apparently it’s OK for the pills to be at room type temperatures for a few days.
