What is XYZ material?
Xyz Materials (pronounced ik-seez; Japanese: Ｘ エクシーズ 素 そ 材 ざい Ekushīzu Sozai, エクシーズ 素 そ 材 ざい in card text before Duelist Alliance) are the monsters that are required to be used for the Xyz Summon of an Xyz Monster, and are stacked underneath the Xyz Monster after the Xyz Summon.
