Can I get a refund from StubHub if my event is rescheduled?
StubHub isn’t responsible for event date changes. If you can’t attend the new date, you can resell your tickets and give someone else the chance to go. If you relist your tickets on StubHub and they sell, we’ll automatically waive the fee we normally charge sellers.
Is StubHub a scalper site?

We keep track of all orders and guarantee delivery by the date in your account. As this date approaches, you don’t need to contact us. Registered users: Log in to your StubHub account.
Why do StubHub pay after the event?
If the event is postponed you will be paid after the new event date occurs. If the event ends up being cancelled then your sale is cancelled and you will not be paid by Stubhub but would receive a refund for your tickets from your original point of purchase (ticketmaster, team site, venue etc).
Why are tickets available on StubHub but not Ticketmaster?
Tickets from StubHub are a secondary market. That means, the original purchaser bought the tickets through Ticketmaster and are reselling them on StubHub. I’ve bought tickets from this site that even have someone else’s name on them, but I’ve never had any problems. Hope this helps!
