Beginning in December 2020, the Box Android applications will no longer support the use of Android versions 5, 6, or 7. This end of life (EOL) is due to our policy around operating system support.

Is Lollipop still supported?

Unfortunately, as technology progresses, it is now becoming unsustainable for us to maintain the support for the Lollipop OS series and thus, we have decided to stop supporting it. Starting 1st Dec 2021, App version updates will no longer be available to be downloaded by Android devices running on Lollipop OS.
