Post War. With the end of the First Alliance-PLANT War, Kira and Lacus decided to retire peacefully in Orb to help Reverend Malchio’s orphans. They later received a surprise visit from Athrun and Cagalli.
Does Athrun end up with Cagalli?
Athrun did go to Orb to be with and help Cagalli. Fukuda apologized for the misunderstanding and made special official videos for Athrun and Cagalli and assured that they are still together.
