How early does AXS waiting room open?

On our busiest events, we add a virtual waiting room where fans can wait in before the event goes onsale. The area typically opens 30 minutes before the onsale begins.
How do you get on AXS waiting room?
Once you download the app, search for the event you want. 30 minutes before the onsale, you will have the option to join the Waiting Room: If you have a password, enter it and press Proceed.
Do you need to refresh queue it?
You don’t need to refresh the page when you are in the queue. Actually, refreshing will place you at the back of the queue. An error is always possible. Please check your webpage regularly to see if the queue circle is moving.
Does AXS release tickets in batches?
Unlike ticketmaster that lets everyone go for the tickets at once (which immediately sells out usually), axs lets people in batches so it’s more spaced out.
How do I bypass queue?
Use the Web Inspector to bypass the queue system Select the Network Tab. Check “Preserve Log” Visit the booking page where you will be kicked out to the Queue-It system (Just visit the page as per how you will browse a website on Google Chrome) Now, your Web Inspector will have a list of network requests as shown.
What happens if I refresh a queue-it?
This happens automatically. Your place in the queue is linked to your data. It does not go faster when you refresh, but you won’t lose your place if you do.
How fast do tickets sell out on AXS?
Tickets can be sold on AXS Official Resale once released into your account (this time can vary between a few days from an event going on sale to closer to the event). They can then be sold right up until one hour after doors open, giving both sellers and buyers flexibility in the resale market.
