In order to to Activate VCDS-Lite, you must provide the Serial Number that VCDS-Lite shows on the computer on which you intend to use it!. Can you use VAG Tacho with VCDS cable?
The limitations of use, of a genuine VCDS cable: For instance-vag-tacho requires a specific driver to work. Unless the cable has the “USB to KLINE interface” driver installed, it wont work. You cant just install the driver as it’ll tell you that the driver contains no information for your device.
