Rhossili is situated at the south western tip of the Gower, a thumb shaped peninsula located on the the South coast of Wales. The beach is accessible via a 40 minute drive from the city of Swansea or a 100 minute drive from the Welsh capital of Cardiff.

How do you get down to Rhossili beach?
The first is via junction 42 of the M4. Turn left onto the A483, head for Swansea city centre and follow the brown tourist signs. You eventually turn right on the A4216, then left onto the A4118, which takes you all the way to Port Eynon beach, a few miles from Rhossili.
How long is the Gower Coastal Path?

Are the sunflowers still in bloom in Rhossili?
Yes, there will be sunflowers on the Vile in summer 2021. Due to a cold spring the sunflowers will bloom later this year, we expect them in late August and into September. As we rotate the crops, the sunflowers will be in a different location than previous years.
Where do you park for Rhossili sunflowers?
the National Trust car park
The parking for the sunflower fields is in the National Trust car park and it is then a short walk about ten minutes maximum to the bottom field. You can take in the beautiful view of Rhossili beach along the way (please see map).
