Can Inspire be removed?
Inspire 002 Inspire therapy may not work for everyone. Your doctor may need to take additional steps to address your sleep apnea. There are additional risks associated with removing your system. If you and your doctor decide to remove the system, another surgery will be required.
Does Medicare cover Inspire implant?
Is Inspire covered by Medicare? Medicare is reimbursing the cost of Inspire therapy based on medical necessity across the United States.
What is the success rate of Inspire?
The procedure has obtained a surgical success rate of 72.4% (Inspire), 76.9% (ImThera), 55% (Apnex) at 12 months, and 75% (Inspire) at 60-month follow-up.
