Manic Panic Virgin Snow is a toner rather than a colour. It works to remove unwanted pigments left behind after lightening hair and cancels out tones opposite it on the colour wheel. It neutralises unwanted yellow and orange tones to create the end result of white hair.
Can I leave Manic Panic in overnight?
Manic panic is basically container and pigment. There’s no need to mix it with more conditioner unless you want a lighter color. It is safe to leave overnight, it’s like a deep conditioner (even without mixing any in) just put a shower cap or a plastic bag over your hair and sleep on it.

I’ve never used the colors from Manic Panic but if you’re a blonde… You NEED Virgin Snow! I’ve tested tons of toners and I prefer this one almost always. You don’t need developer, and it acts as a conditioner as well, so you’re not wrecking your hair when you tone it.
