The Visitor Center, Blue Palmetto Cafe, and Shop at Bok are open daily from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Adult admission is $16, Children (ages 5-12) $5, children under 5 are free, Dogs are $5. Reciprocal admission for participating gardens and cultural institutions will be offered.
Can you go up into Bok tower?
Donor level members are invited to Founder’s Room tours and Tower level members are invited to tour the entire Singing Tower. As there is only one door used for both entering the exiting, safety regulations prohibit daily public tours of the Tower.
Why is Bok Tower Gardens famous?
The tower and gardens were donated to the state by Bok, a Dutch immigrant, writer, publisher, and humanitarian. His goal was to provide a sanctuary for people and animals alike. The Singing Tower quickly became one of Florida’s most popular early tourist attractions.
