DirecTV is a one way satellite transmission. They cannot see where the box is at or the usage. As long as you get signal, you can use the service. Temporary for travel in an RV they don’t worry about.

- Use a compass to find the correct angle and move the plumb mast (the pole on which the dish is mounted) until the dish is pointing at that angle.
- Check your signal strength: anything over 40 is a good signal.
- Tighten all hardware.
