It is the same as your email address. You can find your Member ID on your phone bill, in the Internet section. Your Member ID will look like this: [email protected].

AT Access ID is a type of user ID that allows you to establish your online identity, and use that identity to manage multiple AT accounts online and/or to use other AT and third party services and applications.

Change your user ID

  1. Go to your myAT Profile and scroll to Sign-in info.
  2. Choose Edit for your User ID.
  3. Enter your new ID. If you enter an existing ID, we may offer to combine them.
  4. Check the box to Save your ID, if you see it.
  5. Save your changes.
