How do you get into Twilight Sepulcher Inner Sanctum?
Followers are not able to enter the Twilight Sepulcher, as it is exclusive to Nightingales. However, conjured beings can be summoned while in it. After completing “Darkness Returns,” the Dragonborn can return to the Inner Sanctum to change their Nightingale powers.

To exit the Sepulcher, you can enter through either of the portals surrounding the Ebonmere. The portals will take you directly to the entrance of the Sepulcher, and if you look back, you will notice that the path that once led to the Pilgrim’s Path now has a portal which will take you directly to the Inner Sanctum.
