Lake Wendouree is a largish man made lake. It’s an easy flat walk all around covering a distance of approximately 6km. The South end near to Ballarat has the only cafes and restaurants though so taking supplies or water on a hot day is a good idea. If you are fit it’s about an hour or so to cover the distance.
