Is working at Lush worth it?
Lush is a good company to work for in the sense that they pay well and you learn a lot but there isn’t much work life balance and it can get stressful. The people are great but it can get cliquey sometimes. Overall though for a retail job it is one of the best out there.
Is it easy to get hired at Lush?
Very hard, they don’t just hire anyone you have to have knowledge about to company and product ingredients its always a group interview and possibly a second interview too.
What should you wear to an interview at Lush?
Anything comfortable. Something you feel comfortable in. Casual but no sweatpants or sweaters. Jeans and a nice top are recommended!
How long are shifts at Lush?
Typically, I would work 4-8 hours each day. You are required to have availability Fri-Sun and shifts vary greatly.
Is Lush a hard job?
Very fun, extremely hard to advance One of the most fun jobs I’ve ever had, the energy is always high, the discount is amazing, and they’re very flexible and willing to work with your strengths.

How long is a Lush interview?
It was 1.5hr long, where we had to go to department stores and see how customer service is being provided, then had a trial on shop floor. Try and approach customers, do demos and at the front of shop greet customers with ‘welcome to lush, what brought you in? ‘. Also, try testers on customers.

No, currently, LUSH does not conduct any sort of drug tests during the hiring process.
Is Lush training paid?
Training are paid, we also get bonus depending on the production target. Training is paid. You also get hourly. You don’t get commission in the factory.

How is it to work at Lush?
Fun and inclusive work environment It’s a fun job, if you like the products it’s easy to sell them. They offered a lot of training, with an emphasis on learning about the products and Lush’s preferred selling methods. The pay wasn’t great but I didn’t mind as I just really enjoyed being there.

Can I use a bath bomb with a fresh tattoo?
After getting inked, take it seriously and do as the experts say. Wait at least two weeks before submerging the area in water (that means holding off on trying your fancy new bath bomb, too) and keep the area clean.
