Does & Other Stories have free returns?
Free returns and a full refund. To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns FREE and easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay.
How do you return to Other Stories?
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons underwear briefs and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact.
What are the returns policy?

Can I return earrings to and Other Stories?
For hygiene reasons, underwear briefs, lingerie bodysuits and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, and all swimwear must still have the hygiene strip. Please note that items purchased in our online store cannot be returned in any of our physical stores.
Can you cancel and Other Stories order?
You may cancel your order from the date you receive your order until 30 days after receipt of the ordered items, by returning the items or order to us. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include the standard delivery cost.
