- Create a new game and exit.
- In the main menu press start and just wait on the menu (which appears Continue New Game, etc.).
- Now locate your saved game (C: \ Users \ YourUserName \ AppData \ Roaming \ DarkSoulsII)
- There should be a folders named with numbers.
- Now back to the game and hit Continue.
