How do I know my QALO ring size?
Find your silicone ring size at home
- Wrap a string, piece of paper, or fabric around the base of the finger on which you plan to wear your ring.
- Make sure the string is snug, but not tight; mark the spot where it overlaps.
- Measure the string in MM and input the measurement below. Find My Size.
Do QALO rings run true to size?
Our Classic QALO rings run about a half size snug. So round UP in any of those rings. Example: traditional size 9 OR 9.5 rounds up to size 10. While any rings made of Q2X or the Athletics Perforated rings run more true to size.
How should QALO ring fit?
It’s snug, but you can get it off. Your ring should slide over the knuckle with a little resistance and friction, but not enough to cause pain. You should have to use little force to remove the ring when sliding it over the knuckle, but not have so much resistance that you need to break out the soap and water.
How do I choose a silicone ring size?
Whether it’s a metal or silicone comfort fit ring, size down by 1 size. If you are a size 10, choose size 9 rings. If you are a size 10.5, choose size 9 or 10.
Are silicone rings true to size?
USE AS A REFERENCE FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF YOUR SILICONE RING Rinfit rings are true to size and have the same sizing as traditional metal rings. So if you’re a half-size and you get a size down it may feel a bit tight at first but then it should stretch up to a half-size and should fit you better.

Will QALO rings stretch out?
QALO rings have a natural stretch to them so that they are capable of comfortably being slid over knuckles and onto your finger. So over time, it is possible that they can stretch, but we haven’t heard of any QALO rings shrinking.
Should my ring leave an indent?
Your ring should fit snug around the base of your finger without any bulging or leaving indent marks. To see if it fits right, push your ring up from the underneath and see if there is a small space between your ring and your finger.
Are silicone rings the same size as normal rings?
Silicone ring sizing and metal ring sizing are the same, but silicone rings do not come in half sizes like you can get from a jewelry store when you purchase a metal ring.
Is it better to size up or down with silicone rings?
The general rule of thumb with silicone ring sizing is that you always go one size down. You rock an eleven right now? Order a ten. This is because the silicone stretches after it’s been on, and then it’s “worn in” to your perfect finger size.
Are Enso and QALO rings sized the same?
Round Five: Ring Sizing – It’s a Tie! Both companies have a sizing guide for their rings on their websites. But, the main difference between approaches is that Enso suggests you size down if you’re between sizes while Qalo recommends you size up.
