Garrosh should be Whirlwinding toward you. Melee him before heading towards the centre of the room just before he Whirlwinds again, a quick melee again before avoiding Whirlwind whilst heading back the the bottom of the room, just in time to avoid his stinking Deathballz. Rinse/Repeat.
Why is Garrosh in Revendreth?

Only interrupt or stun him when he casts Felfire Bolt. His other two attacks are easy to dodge. If he casts his Fel Flux (I think it is called) then don’t use Killing Spree as you will have a good chance of getting hit and killed.
