How do I register for ACC?
To register with us, you must:
- Complete our registration form. To register as a health provider.
- Include a copy of your annual practising certificate.
- Choose time-based or per patient payment.
- Send us your application.
- Verify your email address.
- Understand your responsibilities.
- Complete ACC’s online learning modules.
Is Tri-C open for classes?
Tri-C will welcome the public back to its campus recreation centers beginning May 31. The Community Recreation Program offers access to Tri-C fitness centers and recreation classes including yoga, spinning, Pilates, strength training and more.
How do I get my ACC number?
Please call us on 0800 222 776 to confirm your number. You’re new to self-employment but are not applying for CPX. Your ACC number will be created automatically, once you’ve filed your first income tax return with Inland Revenue.

Do you have to live in Cuyahoga County to go to Tri-C?
Residency Requirements Tri-C is supported by Cuyahoga County taxpayers and assisted by the State of Ohio. Students who reside outside of Cuyahoga County or Ohio pay out-of-county or out-of-state tuition.

How much do you get on ACC?
We’ll pay up to 80% of a person’s weekly income before the injury prevented them from being able to work. , so instead of getting up to 80% of your pre-injury income through ACC (as you would if your employer has no suitable work for you), you may earn up to 100%.
Does everyone pay ACC levies?
All New Zealanders pay an ACC levy. As a small business owner you’ll pay an ACC Work levy each year which provides cover for you and your people – your most important asset. You’ll also deduct the ACC Earners’ levy from employees’ wages. If you’re a contractor or self-employed, you’ll pay ACC every year, too.
Do I need to pay ACC?
If you are an employee, an employer or self-employed, you have to pay levies to ACC. ACC levies cover the cost of providing support to people who are injured in accidents.
