- Navigate to SPOT: thespot.fcso.com.
- Select your MFA device. From the drop-down list, select the type of MFA (multifactor authentication) device.
- Choose your organization settings.
- Select the PTAN of your provider/group.
- Select the NPI of your provider/group.
- You will now be logged in to SPOT.
