To cancel with Historic Royal Palaces, please contact us at [email protected] and we will confirm the action in writing. If you wish to cancel your membership after the deadline given in your renewal notification, refunds cannot be given.

You will not be allowed to enter the palace without a ticket. The duration of your visit is not restricted in any way. An admission ticket includes access to all public areas of the palace and gardens including: Victoria: A Royal Childhood.

Can you take photos of the crown jewels?
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to take any photographs while visiting the Crown Jewels. Cameras are strictly forbidden and visitors are not allowed to take pictures. Be aware that guards may try to stop you if any attempt is made to use a camera or snap a shot of this exhibit.
