Is SUE BEE clover honey pure honey?
Both SUE BEE® honey and AUNT SUE’S® Raw & Unfiltered Honey are pure honey. But while SUE BEE® honey is filtered (which helps remove more debris that comes from the hive), AUNT SUE’S® honey is strained. This allows more of the pollen to remain in the honey.

Does spun honey go bad?
While honey never spoils, it may change color (from clear to cloudy) or texture (thicker and grainier) over time. That’s ok! Unless your honey becomes exposed to moisture and ferments (which will be super obvious), it’s safe to consume.

–Water Test: In a glass of water, put a spoon of honey, if your honey is dissolving in water then it’s fake. Pure honey has a thick texture that will settle at the bottom of a cup or a glass. –Vinegar Test: Mix a few drops of honey into vinegar water, if the mixture starts to foam, then your honey is fake.
