Why is tastecard not working?
We recommend a full uninstall and reinstall to ensure you are on the most up to date version. You will see the version of our app in your App store / Play store depending on your phone. As part of these changes, you may be asked to reset your password when attempting to “LOG IN” to the new app for the first time.
Can you use tastecard on Father’s Day?
Prezzo taste card restaurant offers are valid Sunday to Thursday all day and Friday until 5pm. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day are excluded.

Can you cancel Taste card?
If you have a full membership you could cancel as soon as you get your card. This way you won’t forget and then accidentally get charged for another year. Doing this won’t affect how long your membership lasts – it’ll carry on as normal but stop on the expiry date.
How do I opt out of taste card?
To cancel your membership you need to visit our Cancellation Page on our website. You need to sign in via the icon in the top right corner and then fill in your details at the bottom of the page. You MUST input the details you used to create your membership to cancel your current subscription period.
Is it easy to cancel tastecard?
You can cancel your subscription at any point before the end of your current membership term but the cancellation will only take effect at the end of that current term. You will still be able to use your membership until then.
