Are magnetic levitation fans worth it?
The new magnetic levitation technology seems to be working wonders, and it’s well supported by noise-damping corners and fun LEDs in the Pro and Pro LED models. Replacing every fan in your case might be an expensive venture, but these premium fans are worth it.
Are Corsair maglev fans good?
The Corsair ML120 is great when you need a fan that can run both quiet or loud and powerful. It can run 700 rpm faster than the Noctua so it is a good value for a such a powerful fan, but it is slightly louder at the same rpm and a couple of dollars more expensive then the Noctua.

The Noctuas show 0.13 amps each so that will be fine as well. Second, the noise from the Corsair fans at full blast will be a lot more than the noise from the Noctuas at full blast. Decibels are measured on a logarithmic scale. +10 dBA is twice as loud. That noise difference mostly comes from the difference in maximum RPM.
Is the Noctua nf-a14 worth it?
Noctua make top-class fans, but I’m not sure if this kind of fan is right for the restricted case airflow that my NZXT S340 has, the price is also ghastly expensive, and it appears to be a bit worse on paper compared to the maglev fans from Corsair. The NF-A14 does have a 0% PWM mode according to the Noctua website which I kind of like.

Should I get Corsair or Noctua for my laptop?
So go with Corsair if you want style/performance, or with noctua if you want a very quiet pc. Technically my corsair mls go down to 250rpm, but they dont seem to move much air like that.
