Where is Sephiroth on Mt. Nibel?
When you approach the far room, Sephiroth will tell you he’s going ‘north past Mt. Nibel’ and give you (or rather pelt you with) a DESTRUCT MATERIA. Leave the mansion and take the far path and head north to reach Mt. Nibel.
Where should I go in Mount Nibel?
Layout
- Path. The first area of the mountain.
- Bridge. There is nothing of note in this area.
- Cave Infrastructure. Five pipes with ladders and platforms descend to the bottom where Materia Keeper is fought as a boss.
- Lower Mountainside.
- North Mako Cave.
- Mako Fountain.
- South Mako Cave.
How do you get to the top of Mt. Nibel?
At the top is a chest containing a Rune Blade. Return to the main path and continue west until you’re just about to cross the bridge, then take the northbound path on the nearby split. It leads up Mt. Nibel’s largest peak, and, eventually, to a Plus Barrette.

How do you escape Mt. Nibel?
Materia lying on the Rock and to open the Chest on the same screen. back up and try a different pipe if the first one didn’t work. (just click on him when you’re close) and use the exit he guarded.
Where are you supposed to go after Kalm?

Do you have to fight Materia Keeper?
It is recommended to have an Enemy Skill Materia equipped on at least one character, as the battle with Materia Keeper is the first of only a few chances to learn the enemy skill Trine. The other enemies to teach it are Godo and Stilva.
