How do I find my BA eVoucher?
These vouchers are not displayed in your Executive Club account, so BA has advised us that the only way to find your vouchers is to check your emails. If you’re having trouble locating your voucher, try searching ‘Future Travel Vouchers’.
Can British Airways e vouchers be refunded?
You can request a refund for your new eVoucher via the online form. Please allow 24 hours from receiving your new eVoucher code to requesting a refund. You have a BA Holidays voucher that was issued around the same time as your British Airways eVoucher, can you request a refund for you BA Holidays voucher too?
How long is a BA eVoucher valid for?
You can find more on our British Airways Holidays Covid-19 information page. When does the voucher expire? The voucher expires on 30 September 2023. Your voucher can be used as payment, or part payment, for a new future booking.
Can I extend my British Airways voucher?
Remember that, in any event, you can artificially extend your unused 241 vouchers to 30th September 2023. All you need to do is book a simple return flight from, say, London to Manchester for two people using your companion voucher. Once booked, cancel it and take the Future Travel Voucher option.
Can Evouchers be used online?
Exclusively for use online, your eVoucher will be available on your checkout page. To use it: Place the things you want to buy in your basket and click Checkout.
Can I get a refund after accepting a voucher?
Generally speaking, no. However, if you accepted your voucher after the airline cancelled the flight (not you) and were given no option for a refund, or you feel you were misled into accepting a voucher, you could dispute this with the airline.
Will BA vouchers be extended?
British Airways customers who have accepted vouchers for disrupted flights or holidays during the coronavirus pandemic will now be able to use them for travel until April 2023, as the airline’s extended their validity for a year. Travellers with bookings up to April 2022 can also now swap trips for vouchers.
How do I use eVoucher online?
An evoucher is a 12-digit code consisting of numbers and upper case letters which can be entered on the website to receive a discount for an online grocery order. Remember to click Add Voucher at the checkout and this will be deducted from the total of your order.

- Enter your email address and click on the Send login link button.
- Click on Transactions and select Redeem voucher.
- Select Scan Voucher, or enter the voucher code in the boxes below.
- Hold up the QR code so that it is visible within the camera view.
Can I cash in my British Airways voucher?
If you voluntarily chose to take an eVoucher for a flight which was operating, you are not entitled to cash in your voucher. (What is not clear is what happens if you voluntarily chose to take an eVoucher at a point when your flight was still operating, but the flight was later cancelled.)
